By Erin;

It's 1:07 a.m. & tonight, the city of Los Angeles has been blessed with the sound of an angel singing:D Tonight's show was AMAZING!!!!!! Sinead wore baggy blue pants with a pocket chain,black slide shoes (that she took off two songs into the show) & a short-sleeved blue & white flanne(?) shirt. I'm trying to remember her comments between songs...it's late & I'm tired & I apologize in advance for the choppy "he said/she said" version of a review!!:P:l -Before starting "Thief of Your Heart," she said, "Ed, could you do it on the floor?" (indicating to a guy messing w/ the lights) and "joked," "...as the Bishop told the Altar boy." Before starting "I am Stretched on Your Grave" she said "we like dead people." And before singing "Nothing Compares 2 U" she dedicated it to the black man who was dragged to death in Texas, saying, (SOMETHING TO THE EFFECT OF -as I am tired/falling asleep/wondering if I have Alzheimer's??) ''black people have made life easier for white people/white people owe so much to them..." Sinead APOLOGIZED:P for "Jackie," by saying "this is a song I wrote when I was 15, so that explains it"?!?! she didn't say much between songs, though she mentioned being "giddy" tonight:D She sang "Redemption Song" during the encore!!!!! --PERFECTLY beautiful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (as were ALL the songs she sang tonight!!!!) She performed (& John Reynolds on drum) "Long Black Veil"(?) w/ the Cheiftains during their set:D Before the show, my friend was able to get the beautiful portrait she painted of Sinead to her!!!! the security people were were really helpful/nice & took the portrait to Sinead's dressing room before the show began:D setlist: Emperor's New Clothes Thief of your Heart I am Stretched on Your Grave Jackie Nothing Compares To You Thank You For Hearing Me In This Heart Last day of Our Acquantance He Moved Through The Fair Fire on Babylon ("this is a touchy song...about sexual abuse") redemption Song <<after which she said she'd like to be met by Bob Marley when she dies<3 I don't think she looked unhealthy. tho I admit that when I saw her last year at The Greek, I thought she looked better. But if outward appearances aren't any indication of a person's mental state--I'm fine with whatever she does or doesnt want to do with herself aesthetically. Otherwise, I would like to see her w/ hair again if she was happier then & her looks were a reflection of that. But let's hope that isn't the case either way!:D peace everyone,
