The US and Canadian versions of the The Lion And The Cobra album do have an alternate cover photo, standard the pictures shows Sinéad shouting with her mouth open. The US record-company didn't like that because of commercial reasons so they used an alternate picture showing Sinéad with her head faced down.

The vinyl record from Argentina is called El leon Y la Cobra and has all the tracks mentioned in spanish.
